As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard (if we are unable to clean due to access, you will be charged for that cleanup), immediate notification of any changes in the number of pets and prompt payment of balances due.



If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e., vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please ​let us know in advance to ​pause the service.



​We assume no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets or other properties.



Fees and Promotions are subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified at least two 1 week prior to any changes.



Either party may terminate service (in writing) at any time. Unpaid balances are due immediately.



I give It's Our Doody and their employee's permission to enter my property for the purposes of completing pet waste removal and related services. I understand that upon agreeing to service that I have entered into a contractual obligation with It's Our Doody. It is my right and responsibility to give a 48 hour notice when I wish to cancel the service. 



We will only allow missed payments for 13 days after which we will bill a missed cleanup due to non-payment. We will also add a $25 admin fee for each invoice after 15 days overdue.



I understand that it is my responsibility to provide It's Our Doody techs with unobstructed access to my property to complete these services and that a failure to do so may result in the services not being performed. Additionally, I acknowledge that It's Our Doody is under no obligation to refund or credit my account if they are unable to perform their services due to my own negligence in this matter.



I understand that it is my responsibility to maintain a yard free of clutter, overgrown grass, or other obstructions that may hinder our techs from performing their doody in an effective manner. We are not responsible for missed pet waste if such conditions exist.



I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure a safe environment for our techs to perform their services. It is my obligation to remove any dangers including but not limited to aggressive dogs, broken glass, construction materials, and any other potentially harmful objects from the yard prior to service and that a failure to do so may result in the services not being performed. I acknowledge that I am legally obligated to cover all costs involved with any injury caused to It's Our Doody personnel because of my negligence in this matter.



In the event of a missed cleanup double doody will be performed the next week. We will have twice the amount to cleanup, we will assess every other week fee, the week after the missed service unless the waste is cleaned up. This may occur with severe weather but additionally, If the schools are closed, we are closed. We will also charge double doody fee in the rare event that we are out on vacation as well. We are closed on all holidays, and the same rule as a missed cleanup applies. This fee is typically $10 added to the next weeks invoice. In the event we are being asked to skip regularly we will double the normal rate on the next cleanup.



I acknowledge that my service date and time is subject to change due to inclement weather, routing adjustments, or other unforeseen circumstances. I understand that It's Our Doody or one of its representatives will notify me should a change take place.



One Time cleanups pricing includes 3 13-gallon bags of waste for a minimum of $100, and any additional bags will be $15 added to my invoice at the end of service. Plus, tax as well.



An initial clean up fee will be added for yards that have not been professionally cleaned recently. The only way for us to give an accurate quote is to come out and look at the yard. We do not do this until there is a card on file. Our pricing for initial cleans is as follows. $24.99 for the first bucket of waste then add $15 for each additional bucket of waste. Or the normal weekly rate, whichever is greater. Plus, tax as well. For our first service free promotion, if we cancel before the first month of service is completed the initial service will be billed at a one-time cleanup rate.



We may take photos of your backyard to ensure quality each visit. Signing up for services acknowledges this. If you would like to not have your dogs or backyard shared on social media, please let us know and we will not share any photos on social media as well as notate your account.



All promo codes and discounts end on December 31st of each year. New promo codes will be valid only for new customers and not for returning customers.



These terms may change, and it is the client's responsibility to read the new terms of service when sent to them. Typically, we will make adjustments as needed at the beginning of the year.



We may require more frequent cleanings for larger amounts of dogs. An example of this is if there is a small yard with 4 dogs and we are gathering more than 2 bags of waste each visit. We would require the client to switch to twice weekly services. If we are not able to maintain a yard properly for weekly visits. Or if the amount waste substantially increases or time. 


First Cleanup Free* If service is cancelled within the first month, then the first cleanup will revert to one-time cleanup pricing. First Service Free only includes 2 13-gallon bags of waste, each additional bag is $15


By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
