Large-Yard Adjustment:
Most standard yards fall within our base pricing. Larger properties include a small additional fee: $5 for every extra 11,000 sq. ft. This helps us give your space the time and care it needs at every visit.
First-Time Care is FREE!
The first visit gets your yard caught up so we can start fresh. Most homes fall within the included amount. Your initial service is FREE for up to two filled 13-gallon bags of waste. Most homes do not exceed this unless there has been several weeks of buildup. If there is more accumulation, each additional bag is $15.

How much is the initial clean if there is a lot of buildup?
For heavier accumulation, we will let you know up front if there will be an extra charge beyond the standard first-visit pricing, based on time and volume.
Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as we have safe access to your yard and pets are secured, we can complete your service while you are away.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. Just reach out ahead of your visit and we will work with you to adjust your service day.
